Claire O’Sullivan is a Tax Manager with DHKN.

She is responsible for estate planning and capital taxes for a wide variety of clients across a broad spectrum of industries.

Claire specialised in taxation after completing her LLB which allowed her to gain considerable experience advising individuals, family businesses and private companies on the taxation aspects of the transfer of wealth to the next generation, personal taxation and capital tax planning.

Areas of expertise:

• Estate planning including tax efficient structuring of Wills and lifetime transfer of wealth to the next generation.
• Wealth and Retirement planning for high net worth individuals and family businesses.
• Creation of tax efficient Trust Structures.
• Preparation of Gift and Inheritance Tax computations and Returns.
• Revenue Engagement.

Claire has over 20 years’ experience in taxation.  Prior to joining DHKN Claire specialised in tax with Ernst & Young.

Claire is a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute.
